WAC 110-300-0186(3)(a)is valid. Child was given the food allergen, staff did not administer the medication that was on the child's individual care plan. WAC 110-300-0186(4) is valid. Staff did not review the child's individual care plan prior to serving food. The child has stickers on his clothing that says no eggs. WAC 110-300-0186(1) is not valid.
